The ladies were taken through a series of drives named A, B and C and learned when to play them and why. The ladies trained exceptionally well and I was delighted to take the coaching session.  <\/p>\n<p>Special thanks must go to Elina Kononen and Pia Ojala who took the time to organise the whole event. Also thank you to Espoo Squash Rackets Club for supporting the team.  <\/p>\n<p>There are plans to have another coaching session in the new year around the next liiga round.
